About Bali Swim
The label behind labels.
Swimwear development, sampling and manufacturing in Bali since 2014, with practical guidance, solar-powered production and a workplace built around our team.
Bali Swim was created to give emerging brands a clearer way into the industry: lower minimums, practical guidance and room to grow.
We work with first-time founders and established labels worldwide, from Ready Designs to custom development. Our team also meets customers in key markets across Europe, the USA, Australia, the Middle East and Asia to show samples and fabrics, review ideas and provide guidance in person.
First launched in 2018, the Starter Kit and How to Start a Swimwear Line have been revised many times since as we find new ways to help founders make informed decisions.

Good work starts with treating people well.
Our team is paid above the government minimum wage and receives BPJS health coverage for employees and their families. That comes first.
We also want the everyday workplace to feel good. Our clean, fully air-conditioned factory has good lighting, comfortable seating, greenery, a prayer space, canteen, rest areas, and complimentary water and coffee.
Then there's the fun: weekly Zumba and soccer, plus our Healthy Heroes program, where employees earn points for working out, eating well, and joining company activities.

With every bikini, design or Starter Kit ordered, we donate proceeds to ROLE Foundation and BALI WISE. The contribution comes entirely from our own profits and supports beach and ocean cleanup programs in Bali and education pathways for women.
