We import directly from Carvico and Jersey Lomellina in Italy. LYCRA Xtra Life fiber adds stretch that lasts 10x longer than generic spandex. As a bonded manufacturer with a tax-free import license, we bring fabric in duty-free. Savings go straight into your pricing. We stock the widest range of Carvico colorways in Bali, plus trend-led, recycled, and core classics, tested in-house.

Artwork RequirementsFile quality
- Vector preferred. AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG may be accepted.
- Raster artwork at 300 DPI at the intended physical print size.
- No screenshots, compressed previews or social media downloads.
Seamless repeat
- Artwork should tile continuously left to right and top to bottom.
- Tile edges must join without visible breaks.
- Your artwork is repeated, then printed as a 30 × 30 cm strike off for approval.
Scale
- Give the intended size of a recognizable motif, for example an 8 cm flower.
- The same starfish at 3 cm and at 15 cm changes the whole look of the garment.
- Approve scale and color on the printed strike, never on a screen.
Repeat or placement
- A repeat print runs across the full fabric, so placement varies garment to garment.
- A placement print sits deliberately on each piece, with setup per style and size.
- The file is positioned digitally on the pattern for every size before printing.
- Best for logos, engineered graphics, borders and precise positions.

Cut-away label
Used for reversible swimwear, where the label can be removed after purchase. Black and white, three layouts (CL-1, CL-2, CL-3). Sample carries Bali Swim artwork for quality reference. Sample $15, bulk 200 pieces $40 ($0.2 per piece).
Embroidery label
Durable thread sewn into your icon or wording, adding texture and dimension. Swimwear only, any size up to 3.5 x 3.5 inch / 9 x 9 cm. Tested for Repreve, Carvico Revo Eco, Panama, VITA, VITA PL, BS Matte and BS Shiny. Not recommended for activewear or texturized swim fabric. Thread color follows pantone as closely as possible, not identically. 2 to 3 days for sampling. Sample $15, bulk from $1.
DTF (direct transfer film)
PVC resin and plasticizer resin, more durable than heat transfer, commonly applied on the outside of the fabric. Colors customized on pantone. Recommended for all flat swim and active fabrics, not for texturized fabrics. Any size up to 13.8 x 4.2 inch / 35 x 10.7 cm. 2 to 3 days for sampling. Sample $15, bulk from $1.
Heat transfer label
A tagless label printed on the inside of the garment. Available in black and white, with optional shapes that can be customized with your design. Recommended for swimwear and activewear fabrics, but not Carvico Revolutional Eco or other texturized swimwear fabric. Sample $15, bulk $0.50.
Rubber patch
Black or white, available for men's and boys' swim only. Bulk price applies for orders of 500 or more, or as part of a bulk order. Sample $1 with the BS logo, bulk 500 pieces $200 ($0.4 per piece).
Cotton tape brand label
Black, white or RFD, 0.47 x 3.9 inch / 1.2 x 10 cm. Recommended for resort wear and lounge wear. Sample of 'Your Label' $15, bulk 400 pieces $80 ($0.2 per piece).
Cotton tape size label
Black, white or RFD, 0.47 x 0.63 inch / 1.2 x 1.6 cm, in the format and font shown. Recommended for resort wear and lounge wear. Sample $15, bulk 10 pieces per size $1 ($0.1 per piece).
Sateen tape care instruction
Black or white, 1.26 x 2.16 inch / 3.2 x 5.5 cm, carrying composition, care symbols and country of origin. Recommended for resort wear and lounge wear. Sample $15, bulk 20 pieces $1 ($0.05 per piece).
Hang tag
Card tags for physical stores, available in five shapes with black or white printing and gloss or matte finishing. Provide your logo and the information you want on the tag. Sample $15, bulk from $0.25.
Hygiene liner
Keeps the bottom clean and shows your customer the piece is new. Eco kraft paper in four shapes, customizable with your branding, sample $2.50 and bulk from $0.25. Eco liner made from 90% recycled materials in two shapes with water resistant adhesive that leaves no residue, no custom branding, sample $2.50 and bulk $0.25. Plastic in four shapes, customizable with your branding, sample $2.50 and bulk from $0.25.
Biodegradable bag
All products come pre-packaged in biodegradable tapioca bags printed with “THIS BAG IS BIODEGRADABLE” at no charge. Made from corn starch, the plant-based bag breaks down into compostable fertilizer after use and disposal, without harmful chemicals. It stays in good condition long enough for you to store and sell your products.
Cotton bag
Natural cotton bags are available with drawstring or zipper closure. Drawstring bags are 18 x 22 cm and zipper pouches are 20 x 16 cm. Send your logo or artwork and you receive a digital mockup of the bag after order. Colors customized on pantone. Sample $15, bulk from $2.
Cotton mesh bag
Natural cotton mesh bags are available in two sizes: 24.5 x 28 cm and 19 x 22.5 cm. Send your logo or artwork and you receive a digital mockup of the bag after order. Colors customized on pantone. Sample $15, bulk from $2.50.
