SWIMWEAR FABRICS

We import directly from Carvico and Jersey Lomellina in Italy. LYCRA Xtra Life fiber adds stretch that lasts 10x longer than generic spandex. As a bonded manufacturer with a tax-free import license, we bring fabric in duty-free. Savings go straight into your pricing. We stock the widest range of Carvico colorways in Bali, plus trend-led, recycled, and core classics, tested in-house.

Artwork Requirements

File quality

Vector preferred. AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG may be accepted.
Raster artwork at 300 DPI at the intended physical print size.
No screenshots, compressed previews or social media downloads.

Seamless repeat

Artworks repeated and printed as 30 by 30 cm strike offs for approval

Artwork should tile continuously left to right and top to bottom.
Tile edges must join without visible breaks.
Your artwork is repeated, then printed as a 30 × 30 cm strike off for approval.

Scale

Starfish artwork shown as a 3 cm strike off next to a 15 cm strike off

Give the intended size of a recognizable motif, for example an 8 cm flower.
The same starfish at 3 cm and at 15 cm changes the whole look of the garment.
Approve scale and color on the printed strike, never on a screen.

Repeat or placement

A repeat print runs across the full fabric, so placement varies garment to garment.
A placement print sits deliberately on each piece, with setup per style and size.
The file is positioned digitally on the pattern for every size before printing.
Best for logos, engineered graphics, borders and precise positions.
