We import directly from Carvico and Jersey Lomellina in Italy. LYCRA Xtra Life fiber adds stretch that lasts 10x longer than generic spandex. As a bonded manufacturer with a tax-free import license, we bring fabric in duty-free. Savings go straight into your pricing. We stock the widest range of Carvico colorways in Bali, plus trend-led, recycled, and core classics, tested in-house.

Questions brands ask before they start.
100 pieces in total for Ready Designs ordered through the Shop. Team-assisted Ready Design and custom orders start at 250 pieces. Every style and color needs at least 20 pieces, with no minimum per size.
Ready Design samples take about 3 days on in-stock fabrics, and custom samples about 2 weeks. Bulk production takes 4 to 8 weeks with fabric in stock. For custom orders we confirm the exact timing when you order.
Ready Design samples are 3x the bulk price, with no minimum. Custom samples are 3x the bulk price plus a US$99 fee, and 50% of that fee is credited to production of the same design. Once you've produced 500 pieces with us, samples drop to 2x.
Yes. Send a sketch, screenshots or a tech pack and we develop the pattern, fit, fabric, print and finishing with you. Or start from one of our 100+ Ready Designs and add your own label and colors.
Yes. Men's swim shorts, board shorts and briefs, and kids' swim, alongside our women's bikinis and one-pieces.
Italian fabrics from Carvico and Jersey Lomellina, and 95% of the fabrics we use are recycled, including ECONYL® regenerated nylon. See them all on the swimwear fabrics page.
Yes. Labels, hang tags, packaging and hardware are all done in-house. Custom logo hardware has a US$175 mold fee and a 1,000-piece minimum.
By DHL. Samples arrive by DHL Express in about 5 days with tracking. You're the importer, so duties and taxes are paid by you, and we provide the shipping documents DHL needs.
No. Finished orders ship to you or your chosen fulfillment location, not to individual customers.
